What Are You Choosing to Do?

 What are you choosing to do? We are faced with difficulties, disappointment, and detriment on a daily basis. Sometimes bad choices are made on how to handle those situations leaving us deeper in difficulty,  disappointment, and deteriment.  I want to encourage you today and let you know you can make better choices. Yes, you have choices to make, there are ones designed to take you to a better destinations and a better outcomes. 

God's word gives us hope and direction. In 2 Corinthians 4:8-9 Paul reminds us "We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed" God has, is, and always been there to turn things around and deliver you. (Hasn't He?)

 And here is where those choices come in...  What are you choosing to do? When life throws its worst at you are you giving the worst of you back in return? Are you crying, giving up, throwing in the towel, looking for sympathy from people and things incapable of loving you in return?

I pray you choose to do better. People will disappoint you, God wont. God is our best choice. 

But as for me, I will sing about your power. Each morning I will sing with joy about your unfailing love. For you have been my refuge, a place of safety when I am in distress. Psalms 59:16 NLT
