“Called, But Will You Come Correct?”
Scripture: “For many are called, but few are chosen.” – Matthew 22:14 (NLT)
Good morning Ekklesia Family
At Ekklesia, we don’t just want to shout that we’re “called”—we want to show we’ve responded correctly to that call. God is extending invitations to the banquet of purpose, destiny, and eternal fellowship, but He’s not looking for folks who just RSVP and show up any kind of way. He’s looking for those who show up clothed in obedience, dressed in humility, and covered in righteousness.
Jesus told a parable about a wedding feast. The king invited everyone—good and bad—but when one man showed up without proper garments, he was cast out. That wasn't about clothes—it was about character. About preparation. About honoring the invitation with a transformed life.
Family, many are hearing the call. But few are choosing to surrender, submit, and show up ready. You are called, yes—but God is asking: Will you come correct? Will you wear the garment of grace, truth, and holiness? Will you live like you belong at the table?
Let today be a wardrobe check. Are you clothed in love? Covered in repentance? Dressed in faith? This is not about perfection—it’s about posture. Come to the King’s table ready. Your calling is confirmed, but your response is what positions you as chosen.
Lord, thank You for the invitation. I don’t want to just hear the call—I want to honor it. Help me to come correct—clothed in Christ, walking in purpose, surrendered to Your will. Make me ready, make me faithful, and keep me close to Your table. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
The call went out to everyone. The chosen are the ones who took it seriously. You’ve been called—now get dressed for what’s coming next.
