God Is With Us

Good Morning, My Ekklesia Family!

Zephaniah 3:17 (NLT) – “For the Lord your God is living among you. He is a mighty savior. He will take delight in you with gladness. With his love, he will calm all your fears. He will rejoice over you with joyful songs.”

Zephaniah 3:17 is a powerful reminder of God’s presence, power, and personal love for His people. The prophet Zephaniah was calling Israel to repentance but also giving them a message of restoration—God would not only dwell among them but delight in them! This verse reveals God as a Mighty Savior, a Loving Father, and a Joyful God who sings over His children.

"The Lord your God is living among you." – He is not distant! The Holy Spirit dwells within us, leading, guiding, and empowering His Church (1 Corinthians 6:19).
"He is a mighty Savior." – Jesus Christ, our Redeemer, saves us from sin, fear, and hopelessness (Matthew 1:21).
"He will take delight in you with gladness." – God rejoices in YOU! Not because of your works but because of His deep love (Ephesians 2:8-9).
"With His love, He will calm all your fears." – His perfect love casts out all fear (1 John 4:18).
"He will rejoice over you with joyful songs." – Imagine God singing over you with joy! This is the intimacy He desires with us.

When you feel alone, remember God is living among you. He is closer than your breath (Acts 17:27).
When you feel weak, trust in His might. He fights for you (Exodus 14:14).
When you feel unworthy, rejoice in His delight. You are His beloved child (Romans 8:16).
When you are afraid, rest in His love. His peace surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).
When you feel discouraged, listen for His song. Worship shifts the atmosphere! (Psalm 32:7).

Heavenly Father, thank You for Your presence in my life. You are my Mighty Savior, my Comforter, my Joy! I surrender my fears, my worries, and my struggles to You. Help me to rest in Your love and hear Your song over me. Fill me with Your Spirit, that I may walk in confidence and peace today. In Jesus’ name, Amen!
