Living Today, Trusting I AM for Tomorrow

"Living Today, Trusting I AM for Tomorrow"

Good morning Ekklesia

"Teach us to realize the brevity of life, so that we may grow in wisdom."

— Psalm 90:12 (NLT)

Have you ever stood at the edge of life’s reality and asked yourself, “Am I satisfied with what God has done in my life?” At a recent funeral, I found myself looking at the casket, then at the congregation, and saying, “That could be me tomorrow. Do I look worried?” And I meant the smile that followed. Not because I’m in a hurry to meet eternity, but because I’ve placed my trust in the One who holds time itself.

Life isn’t about perfect outcomes or flawless achievements. It’s about walking in step with God’s purpose every day. Like Paul, we can say, “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, and I have remained faithful” (2 Timothy 4:7, NLT). Faithfulness, not perfection, is the measure of a life well-lived.

Today, ask yourself:

Am I living in a way that pleases God?

Am I listening for what He’s calling me to do next?

Am I trusting I AM, who knows the end from the beginning?

If you feel uncertain about the road ahead, remember Abraham. He didn’t have all the details, but he trusted I AM to guide him step by step. God doesn’t need you to know the entire plan; He just needs your obedience today.

"Lord, teach us to live fully today, trusting You completely for tomorrow. Help us to walk in faith and purpose, knowing that our times are in Your hands. Thank You for the peace that comes from living for I AM. Amen."

God isn’t finished with you yet. Trust Him for today, and be ready for tomorrow. Stay faithful.
