What Are You Preparing?
Good Morning Ekklesia!
Today, let’s talk about Preparation for Our Testimony—thanking God in advance for the blessings we’ve prayed for in faith. Scripture teaches us in Hebrews 11:1 that “Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” This means that while we may not see the answer to our prayers yet, we can prepare our testimony with thanksgiving, knowing that God is faithful to fulfill His promises.
In the book of 1 Thessalonians 5:18, we are encouraged to “give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.” When we thank God in advance, we’re declaring that our trust is not in what we see, but in who He is—the God who supplies all our needs and grants us the desires of our heart as we delight in Him.
As you go about your day, think about the prayers you’ve lifted to God in faith. Prepare your heart and mind for the testimony that will follow by praising Him for the victory that’s already on the way. Whether it’s financial breakthrough, healing, restored relationships, or peace in a storm—begin today to live in the joy of anticipation. Speak life, trust His timing, and move in faith.
Let’s pray...
Heavenly Father, we thank You for the blessings You have in store for us. We praise You in advance for answered prayers, knowing that You are always working for our good. Strengthen our faith, and help us to prepare our testimony with thanksgiving and praise. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
